Who We Are
The Village Network is a diverse group of leaders, church planters and missionaries who, together across the world, are passionate about the Gospel and who want to see God’s Kingdom grow.
We are a Network for those who haven't found a network to belong to yet. We exist for those who feel they don’t fit the status quo, for those who are emerging, pioneering new paths and developing Kingdom minded enterprises that push into new territories and frontiers. Most of all we are a network for those who want to find a community that allows them to grow, build support and thrive.
We are organic in nature, passionate about working together to build authentic, supportive and relational communities for Jesus.
Birthed from the collaborative experiences/stories of frontline leaders and research into the challenges they face, the Village Network has been started to bring support to leaders at the forefront of their occupations with the resources the need and to build a network that facilitates working collectively.
What We Do
Simply, we provide three main areas where we offer partnership for frontline leaders, we do this by;
Resourcing leaders with the practical start up materials and support they may require through a growing resource platform developed by a network of practitioners and leaders.
Community and Support. Gathering likeminded people on a local, national and international level, growing mutual learning spaces, developing friendship and belonging, coaching, mentoring, spiritual direction, counseling and more.
Learning and Training that is informed and responsive to what pioneers are facing on a daily basis. From making dreams a reality to maintaining and growing healthy ministries and organisations.
We exist because we believe that together we can make a difference and that often it takes small actions to do just that.
Our aim is that together we can enable leaders through the right support to be fully equipped, empowered and sent out for what God has called them too.

The Village Network is a place where leaders can find belonging, a place to be who they are in a real and authentic way while finding friendship, support, accountability and learning in community with others.
We believe that everyone has something they can bring and we all have something we can learn from. We are about sharing our resources, experiences, stories, learning and training.
We want to create inclusive, encouraging and empowering environments where leaders can get equipped together, learn from each other, find support that is context based and meets them where they are, and training that is relevant, accessible and purposeful.
The Village Network dreams of seeing healthy leaders, missionaries, pioneers and Kingdom creatives learning, growing and working together in a way that sees their contexts thrive and, through mutual learning and support, enables leaders to be all that God has called them to be.
