The Village Network has multiple training pathways that allow you to develop your pioneering learning. From conferences, online training events to classes and block learning that can be fitted into your own time.
Our training is frontline informed and frontline delivered. This means we are always looking to develop our training pathways, approaches and delivery in a way that is in itself pioneering. We would love to work with you whether you would like to join in with one of our learning pathways, partner in delivering and working with us or in any other way.

Dream it.
Training that takes dreams and turns them into practical steps and approaches for getting started with your Kingdom initiative.
This block of training runs regularly online for anyone looking to start thinking about launching their Kingdom Dream.
Training covers key areas on starting well. Including; developing teams, understanding cultural contexts, spiritual warfare and discernment, evangelism that make sense, developing kingdom culture, personal health, leadership that lasts, teaching that makes space for your questions and specific contexts.

Build it.
This training is delivered in workshop style environments in a practical and engaging way both online as well as in person.
Aimed at those who have already started a pioneering Kingdom project this training is tailored each time to those attending and to what they need support with. This can include but is not limited to; character development, training leaders, resolving/ handling / approaching conflict well, discerning spiritual cultures, challenges and gifts, teaching the Bible, developing community initiatives that change the world, partnership and development, mental health awareness and support to building teams and boards.
These workshops typically run over weekends in a conference style environment both online as well as in person. These can be delivered to your teams in person on the ground.
