We know that connecting with the right person is really important when it comes to your growth and learning. That’s why we will work with you to find out what type of support your looking for, what your circumstances are and how best we can try support them. We will always look to check in with you too to see how it is going and make changes if necessary.

We appreciate that everyones circumstances are different and we are here to support you as best as we can. We have a fee system that is based on income category. If you are in a position to pay then there are pathways for doing this. If you are not in a position to pay we can discuss this with you and find the means to support you to access the resources and support you need.

This depends on what it is your looking to achieve with the support your looking for as well as what the circumstances of the coaches, mentors, spiritual directors and prayer ministry support workers is. Typically a session is between 1-2 hours depending on what service you are looking to partner in. Sessions can be once off, such as for prayer ministry, longer term over a period of time such as for mentoring and spiritual direction or for an agreed block of time such as coaching. The length of time and for how long is agreed in your initial meeting with the service you book and after an initial conversation with the Network on what it is you are looking for.

We are clear on what we offer and we recognize that we are a support organisation that signposts people but with that comes limitations.
In the instance that the services we provide cannot support the requirements you may have we can on request share signposting services to other trusted organizations as well as other more generic services if needed.

We take confidentiality of the leaders we partner with very seriously. As such we recognize that it is of most importance that those who access services through our organisation do so with trust and good confidentiality practices in place. Our confidentiality agreement and other relevant policies can be found at the bottom of our website as well as in our working agreement that all those accessing our services must read prior to working with a mentor/ coach/ spiritual director or other service.
